Assembly Solutions uses state-of–the-art soldering machine to solder the circuit boards.

Similar to conveyor-type process, this method of assembly results in highly efficient and error-free parts placement.

In cases when automated soldering is not feasible, we will touch up the circuit boards, and perform any required hand soldering.

After completion of the soldering processes, our technicians will inspect the boards according to the IPC standards to ensure top and bottom solder ability.
